F1 Auto Service

I recently had a great experience with F1 Auto Service in Burbank, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable mechanic. My Toyota was unfortunately parked on the street when thieves stole the exhaust system overnight. From the very first phone call, the team at F1 Auto Service guided me through the entire process. They helped me understand my options, sourced the replacement parts, compared prices to find the best value, and even provided useful advice on how to communicate and follow up with my insurance company. Instead of pushing for the most expensive solution, they found a quality used replacement part that was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The repair was completed quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. What really stands out about F1 Auto Service is that it is a family-run business. The brothers who own and operate the shop are hardworking, experienced, dedicated, and genuinely care about their customers. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they kept me informed every step of the way. This was actually my second time bringing a Toyota to them, and over the years I have also

Best in the business. Shows you the bad parts. Is very honest with you about your choices. Great energy and listens to you and they don’t try and sell you something that you don’t need. Very clean repair shop. Very responsible price. The owner is very knowledgeable and cares about your problem. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in for a quick oil change and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and welcoming the owner was. Not only did he take care of the oil change efficiently, but he also checked and adjusted my tire pressure for free—without me even asking! Great service, honest people, and a place I’ll definitely return to. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stumbled upon this amazing shop in Burbank while visiting a local store, and I’m so glad I did. The owner, Narbeh, is a true Toyota enthusiast with a passion that shows in his customer service. Despite being ready to close for the day, he offered to service my vehicle after hours—he simply doesn’t turn away a customer in need. The experience was exceptional. I usually do my own oil changes, but when someone goes the extra mile like Narbeh did, supporting a local shop like this becomes a no-brainer. His dedication and genuine care are rare. I’ll definitely continue making the drive just based on the incredible service.
